Delete your LiveHost account
How to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open the LiveHost app and go to the More tab.
- Tap your profile, then Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email legal@livehost.com from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and action it within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Your profile is hidden from other users immediately and your sign-in credentials and push notification registrations are invalidated.
- Your personal data — including your name, contact details, profile photos, and bank details — is deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- We retain only what the law requires us to keep, such as accounting and tax records connected to work you were paid for (kept for the statutory retention period), as described in our Privacy Policy.
